Edit: Gimped? Indeed. GIMP can make things with frame rates of 50ms, so I added frames but speed them up for smoother movement. Enjoy!

Yaaaaaay Sims!
I am so proud of how that logo turned out! Especially the text! The glowy bit behind the plumbob was especially odd to figure out - in the end I made a soft circle and cut soft trianlges from it. I'm a little disappointed the plumbob is a bit uniform in colour, but can't really change it without it looking weird because it is quite small.

Sorry it's so rough, BTW. This is the fastest frame-by-frame I can make with my computer... making it smooter means making it slower. I've heard Flash would work better, but I don't have Flash. And if I did, I suspect it would be too difficult for me anyway... I've tried it a couple times and neither time turned out well at all.

As for Sims3, a lot of simmers are quite apprehensive about it... the copyright protection is so strong it only lets you install about three times. That includes your own reinstallation (perhaps due to file errors), moving onto an upgraded computer, ANYTHING. Plus some simmers are put off by the idea of only 1 neighbourhood, and stuff happening in other families when you're not watching. :shrug: I personally don't really want to risk it, my laptop can barely play the Sims 2...
