Owlie: ...is evil

This is an OC and not for free use.

The second emoticon character, Owlie, with an evil laugh. My goodness, he is cute.
He's also an evil (sometimes) British (in the upper-class accented type, 'eh wot old boy'?) genius (sort of).
He's too small to make the evil-hand/wing-rubbing smoother though.
He's still cute. Gooness, I think I'm starting to really like owls now.

If you're not sure exactly of the motions, he makes a sinister little snigger^1,2 followed by a proper evil cackle!

^{1: I am constantly surprised by how many people don't know this word. Before people get mad because it has the word 'nigger' in it (seriously, THIS HAS HAPPENED) - it is a type of laugh. I would describe it as being rather like an evil or muffled giggle.
2: Okay, apparently USA has changed the spelling to 'snicker' to try and fix the fact it has nigger in it. This just goes to prove how... how anally retentive USA is about being PC. One person is uber-sensitive, and the rest of the contry has to conform to their standards...}
